By creating an account at app.thinklocalpro.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Subscription & Billing
• Tiers: Services are provided in three tiers: Lite (£69), Growth (£149), and Authority (£499).
• Wallet/Rebilling: You agree to maintain a "Wallet" balance for usage-based costs (SMS, WhatsApp, AI). Automatic top- ups occur when the balance falls below a set threshold.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day free trial. Following the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any
Time.
Acceptable Use
• You are responsible for ensuring all marketing messages sent via ThinkLocalPro comply with UK PECR (Privacy and
Electronic Communications Regulations).
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages to cold leads via WhatsApp is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate
account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
ThinkLocalPro is a tool to assist in business growth. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases or the 100% uptime
of third-party networks (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with failed payments after 3 days of non-resolution.
